Do you do Customized design?

Yes,we always do customized designs.

You can send us your own design artwork in Adobe illustrator file (AI) or PDF so that we can issue you finished product design.

If your design is not too complicated,we also accept JPG file.

Note: Any Pantone color in C/U/TC/TPX will be available.

What's the main material available for your products ?

Non stretch products made of Polyester, nylon,rayon,polyamide etc.

Stretch products made of polyester/spandex,nylon/spandex,or lycra etc.

What's MOQ for your ribbons?

Satin ribbon/Grosgrain Ribbon/Chiffon Ribbon---------------100yds per colour,size only.

Jacquard Ribbon,Woven Label,Embroidery patch----------Any order qty acceptable.

Elastic Webbing------------Usually 1000yds only.

What's sampling time?

It usually takes 7-10days upon common used material,such as polyester,T/C.

And 14days for elastic webbing on customized colours or material.

What's sampling charge?

NO NEED charge for patch,embroidery emblem,woven label etc.

Also we can develop free sample with available material if customer agree.

And usually us$45.0 for Elastic webbing sampling and refundable when you place order.

Could I get free sample and catalogue?

Sure,all read-made samples can be provided without any charge,but usually cusomer need to take the freight.

What's mass production time?

For regular satin ribbon,grosgrain ribbon in stock-sale range, it only need 2days;

Normally Clients orders are for 14days depending on production schedule.
